I have struggled with my weight and food my whole life, until now. Going from one diet plan to another, losing a little weight here and putting on a little more weight there generally led me to steadily increasing my weight over the years.

You see I believe that everything that goes on outside of us is a reflection of what’s happening inside. If there’s something I am experiencing externally that I do not like, I use it as an indicator that there is a healing opportunity there for me. I heal it, it changes externally and I move on. However I wasn’t dealing with food in the same way until now.

Since dealing with food from the inside out I have easily lost over 1 stone in weight, easily and effortlessly, made peace with the way I view my body and my shape and continue to lose weight with minimal effort easily making good food choices for me whilst still enjoying chocolate, biscuits and cheese.

If I knew it could be this easy I would have done it years ago which is why I want to share these secrets with you.

Most of us assume that when we put on some extra weight we need to diet and we set to work fixing the problem of weight gain.  However all problems suffered externally are nothing more than indicators of what’s going on internally, including weight.  Extra weight could be the manifestation of self-love issues, deeply held fears and anxieties, the need to protect yourself or various other reasons you would definitely benefit from identifying.  You can’t solve the problem if you don’t know what it is!

The reason that 95% of diets fail is that their success depends on your ability to have the willpower to deprive yourself. Willpower is a feature of your conscious mind which only makes up 10% of your total mind. The other 90%, the most powerful part of your mind, is unconscious so using only the 10% to make changes is ludicrous and accounts for the high failure rate.

Issues with food and weight gain are indicators of areas within you that need healing so dealing with the actual food or weight alone is actually only dealing with it at a surface level.  To fully and completely resolve your food and weight issues, you must heal and transform your relationship with food at a deeper more emotional level and resolve the emotional triggers.

For successful and permanent weight loss you need to make lifestyle changes and deal with the emotional triggers and limited beliefs that currently power your relationship with food. Food is often dealt with in isolation however it affects and is affected by your whole life. Any issues you have with food indicate a deeper underlying issue, once you have identified the issue, it is ready to be resolved.

For example, if you often find yourself binge eating in crises where you are worried about the outcome of situations, your relationship with food is indicating an underlying issue of anxiety for you to resolve. No amount of self-control around binge eating will permanently solve this issue, you’ve got to deal with the root cause of anxiety.  Once the anxiety is resolved, the motivation for binge eating will disappear easily and effortlessly.
